Introduction

We design Tri-Zone boots to offer unrivalled protection and genuine impact absorption, while making them as light and flexible as possible. Heat release is another consideration, as materials with high insulation proterties can contribute to over-heating of the tendons.

When we develop these boots, we consider many materials, some of which have been developed for other purposes and are new to equine use. It is essential to find materials which combine all the required desirable properties, and throughout the Tri-Zone range radical new materials are used with outstanding effect.

The most commonly used materials in the Tri-Zone range are TPU and EVA. Both of these materials, although used for different purposes, have many sought after properties.
